The Octanex group of companies is involved in the exploration for oil and gas in the offshore waters

Octanex is also involved in exploration-related activities via retaining indirect interests in permits
(through production royalties and discovery payments) and by investing in companies operating within the wider energy sector.

Octanex N.L. is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ASX code “OXX”. The
Company’s ordinary fully paid and partly paid shares are quoted on ASX under the respective codes
of OXX and OXXCA.
