Octanex NL 30 June 2009 Options expire at 5:00pm on 30 June 2009. If the Notice of Exercise of Options and required payment are not received by that time, the Options will automatically lapse in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out in the Prospectus dated 7 November 2003 and will no longer be available for exercise.
